Operation Smile

Operation Smile was founded in the United States at 1982 and it’s one of the biggest medical voluntary organizations in the world, mobilizing health professionals from 80 countries. The organization has been working in Brazil since 1997, where it has provided 5,739 free surgeries for people born with cleft lip and palate.
